Due Date, April 13th, Fast Approaching!

If all goes well, our class will welcome baby chicks into the world on Wednesday. Every other day, we have been candling the eggs. It is a magical time in our day when we darken the room, and small groups gather around the homemade candling light and peer into the insides of the eggs. A time or two, the temperature inside the incubator rose to 103, or dipped to 97. I am feeling unsure of the outcome. And what should I do if the eggs fail to hatch?
